About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Title Support Specialist to join our team at Experis. As a Title Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing various title-related processes, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing department mail, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Process and perfect titles, including State-to-State and Lease to Retail transfers, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Complete title corrections and follow up on title deficiencies, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage title vendor exception reports, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional support to customers, dealers, and DMVs via phone and email, resolving title exceptions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records and conduct necessary research, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a dealer/DMV setting or finance company.
  • Previous experience with titles, particularly in a dealer/DMV setting or finance company, is highly preferred.
  • Experience in commercial vehicle finance is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to customers, dealers, and DMVs, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams and email for daily communication.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working as a title clerk at a dealer or DMV.
  • Experience servicing titles for a finance company, especially in the auto or mortgage sectors.
  • Knowledge of commercial vehicles.
