Job Overview:
CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Data and AI Architect to drive strategic Architecture, Engineering, and Construction initiatives using cutting-edge data technologies and analytics. This role will be part of the Digital Engineering Solutions team, helping to deliver actionable business insights and robust solutions for AEC professionals and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design data and AI architectures ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. Engage with business units to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs. Create architectural solutions to complex architecture, engineering, and environmental science problems. Design and implement strategies to scale data and AI solutions across different business units. Assist with executing complex projects as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in data architecture, with expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services and Databricks. Strong knowledge of data governance, integration, metadata management, data development, data quality management, and master data management. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical backgrounds. Innovative and able to apply critical thinking skills to generate new solutions/ideas that create value and improve processes. Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team across a global practice.

Benefits:
