- Develop and manage business development plans and budgets to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our organization remains competitive and innovative.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 6-10 years of experience in business development or sales in the clinical research industry.
- Proven track record of success in winning business with sponsor pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
- Excellent industry reputation with a wide customer base of contacts.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead direct and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact successfully with personnel at all levels.
