Job SummaryThe Guest Services Representative will provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to our clients, guests, and employees. This role involves answering the main phone line, coordinating conference room reservations, placing catering orders, and arranging for videoconferencing and audio visual equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to clients, guests, and employees
- Answer the main phone line and transfer calls within the firm
- Coordinate conference room reservations and confirm bookings using our standard reservation software
- Place catering orders and arrange for beverage and food setups for meetings
- Arrange for videoconferencing and audio visual equipment
- Monitor conference rooms regularly to ensure cleanliness and check that supplies are stocked
- Enter visitor names into our iVisitor database
- Perform other miscellaneous receptionist duties as needed
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of receptionist experience, preferably in a law firm environment. A minimum typing speed of 40+ wpm is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Flexibility for overtime is required.
