- Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve complex customer issues and complaints, coordinating with other departments as necessary to ensure swift resolution.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product lines, manufacturing processes, and industry standards to effectively address customer needs.
- Communication: Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Experience: 5+ years of manufacturing support experience, with a proven track record of managing sales accounts, inventory, and customer relationships.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Sage 100 is a plus, but not required.
Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
