Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

At A-Class Inc., we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts, ensuring timely, accurate, and positive service at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding support to our clients, handling queries with professionalism and care.
Actively listen to customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Develop a deep understanding of A-Class Inc.'s products and services to offer accurate advice and guidance.
Collaborate with various departments to find the best solutions for customer inquiries.
Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services.
Maintain precise records of customer interactions using our CRM software.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Previous customer service experience is highly preferred.
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and professionally.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, combining onsite and remote work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
