Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead high-complexity programs within our Integrated Supply Chain organization. As a key member of our team, you will provide business and technical leadership, drive project execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead program/project teams through prioritization, initiation, development, and implementation processes
  • Assist in building business cases for CER approval
  • Collaborate with Operations sites worldwide and interact with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure proactive identification and communication of project risks and development of risk plans
  • Anticipate and resolve potential conflict situations
  • Enhance business results through continuous improvement in program implementation
Requirements
  • MBA/MS or bachelor's degree required
  • Seven years of complex project/program management experience in the medical products industry
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory or Clinical Practices, and Product Development Process requirements
  • Expertise in all aspects of program management
  • Proven track record of supervising and developing others
What We Offer

Baxter offers a competitive salary range of $128,000 - $176,000 annually, discretionary bonuses, and long-term incentives. We are committed to equitable pay for all employees and strive to be transparent with our pay practices.
