About the Job

The Lead Cleaner III is a key role within our facilities team, responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of cleaners. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve high-quality results.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members
  • Relay communication between team members, clients, customers, and management
  • Report performance issues to the Supervisor
  • Assist with the training of cleaning team members
  • Coordinate work assignments and schedules
  • Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned buildings
  • Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
  • Report work orders for maintenance
  • Maintain the security of premises at all times
  • Work with the Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work
  • Oversee the quality of jobs and confirm completion with the Manager
  • Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
  • Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
  • Complete order forms completely and accurately
  • Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No experience required, with on-the-job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience
  • One year of similar work experience
