Key Responsibilities
  • Manage crews and equipment in remote locations to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement effective production plans to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Coordinate with estimating departments to ensure accurate capacity planning and resource allocation
  • Manage safety and compliance aspects of operations, including DOT compliance and employee training
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, municipalities, and vendors
  • Oversee financial aspects of operations, including revenue recognition and forecasting
  • Travel to various locations as needed to support operations and customer needs
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in traffic control and safety, including crew work and industry formal training
  • Minimum 8 years of supervisory or management experience
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecasts
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Industry involvement through trade associations or coalitions with state DOT
  • Highly experienced in MS Excel and Word
  • Computer training in Viewpoint
