You will work closely with internal clients and colleagues, leveraging your expertise as a strategic business partner to assist in day-to-day operations of the Risk/Legal department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance in connection with various transactional matters, including engagement letters, master service agreements, access letters, non-disclosure agreements, vendor agreements, independent contractor agreements, and more.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to provide creative business solutions, consistent with applicable law, professional regulations, and the Firm's policies and procedures.
  • Work with internal clients and colleagues to leverage your expertise as a strategic business partner and assist in day-to-day operations of the Risk/Legal department.
