Pediatric Medical Assistant

We are a dynamic and compassionate team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care to children and their families. As a Medical Assistant Certified I, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a Medical Home environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with a team of providers and advanced providers to ensure efficient and quality patient care.
- Update the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) with relevant information.
- Schedule patient appointments, answer the telephone, and follow-up with patients/families in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in site-specific and clinic-wide initiatives on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain acceptable standards of office conduct.
- Medical assistant certification/license preferred (CCMA, CMA, RMA, NCMA, EMT or LPN).
- Ability to obtain medical assistant credentials within 6 months from date of hire and maintain current certification.
