Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a critical role in project execution, supporting Senior Superintendents and Senior Project Managers in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting site management, coordinating subcontractors, and overseeing employees to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules to meet timely completion of all project milestones.
  • Participating in quality control processes to uphold high workmanship standards.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including daily logs and reports.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess 3-4 years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of assisting in successful project completions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and excellent time management skills. They must also demonstrate logical thinking, leadership qualities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Compensation
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000-$85,000 per year, plus per diem, along with comprehensive benefits, including 100% employer-paid health, vision, and dental insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with a 3% match.
