Job Summary:

Atlas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Practice Director to lead our Construction Management Practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technical staff in delivering technical excellence and high-quality deliverables. The role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Construction Management Practice Teams in delivering technical excellence and high-quality deliverables
• Ensure performance metrics and health of the Practice
• Provide leadership and oversight of overall Practice project staffing assignments
• Develop and manage risk management strategies for the performance of the Practice
• Maintain strong and positive working relationships with the Practice, other ATO Technical Practice Directors, Office Leads, Management, and Senior Leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in related Science or Engineering practice
• Professional licensing and certifications in construction engineering, management, and inspection services, or similar
• 10 or more years of progressively responsible technical experience, management, and leadership of deliverables and/or projects in the Practice
• Knowledge and experience leading, developing, and managing technical staff within construction engineering, management, and inspection services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams (Channels, SharePoint)
