We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Analyst to join our team at the City of Beaumont, TX. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring that our computer systems and networks are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer hardware and software
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Perform daily backups and maintain system logs
- Assist with training and onboarding of new employees
