Job Summary

PrideStaff is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Data Entry Specialist to join their team in Irving. As a key member of the Contact Center and New Business Department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with life insurance licensing and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in a processing role, with a strong ability to learn new concepts quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and process incoming life insurance applications with accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with life insurance agents or their staff via email or telephone to follow up on missing requirements or clarify information.
  • Enter data into proprietary home office systems.
  • Submit life insurance applications or contracting paperwork to the appropriate carriers through various delivery systems.
  • Process paperwork quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a processing role with a strong ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high energy and excellent attitude.
