About the Position
  • Support the CEO in managing complex calendars and schedules.
  • Provide administrative assistance, including email management and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure effective office management in our NYC headquarters.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate logistics for executive team events and company-wide engagements.
  2. Prepare meeting materials, including agendas and briefing documents.
  3. Assist with special projects, providing research and data analysis.
Requirements and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Google Calendar.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $90,000 - $110,000 salary based on experience.
