LPN Skilled Pediatric Homecare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to provide one-on-one nursing care to a special child in their home. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a child and their family.
Job Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to a child in their home, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the child's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with the child's healthcare team to ensure seamless care and communication.
- Provide emotional support and education to the child and their family to promote independence and self-care.
- Valid LPN license
- 1 year of LPN experience, or completion of our comprehensive Preceptor Training Program for newly licensed nurses
- Successful passing of background checks
