About the Role- Provide expert estate planning advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their unique needs and goals are met.
- Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, and probate, to safeguard clients' assets and interests.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their complex estate planning requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in estate planning laws and regulations, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice.
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate, and drafting.
- Active member of the state bar in good standing.
- Proven experience as a paralegal or related role.
- Excellent drafting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to estate planning.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a large caseload while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Commitment to professional ethics and a customer-centered approach.
- Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
