Qualifications for IT Supervisor:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • An associate's degree may be considered.
  • Previous supervisory experience in the IT sector.
  • Relevant certifications may be necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with system installation and maintenance is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities.
  • Experience in Help Desk supervision.

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • On-call duties

Educational Requirements:

  • Associate Degree (Required)
