Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with at least 5 years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC systems. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, demonstrating the ability to manage and guide a team of HVAC technicians. Valid HVAC technician license or certification as required by local regulations. Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment. Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
