Job Summary

ENT and Allergy Associates, a leading medical practice, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare providers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care
    • Welcome patients and ensure a smooth registration process
    • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
    • Verify patient information and medical history
    • Support healthcare providers during examinations and procedures
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Complete patient records and documentation
    • Manage inventory and supplies
    • Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens
  • Communication
    • Provide clear and concise instructions to patients
    • Answer patient questions and address concerns
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience
  • Certifications such as CMA or RMA a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Schedule

Monday: 8:15am - 5:00pm

Tuesday: 8:15am - 5:30pm

Wednesday: 8:15am - 4:15pm

Thursday: 8:15am - 5:00pm

Friday: 8:15am - 4:00pm

Saturday (monthly): 8:00am - 12:00pm
