Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiovascular Service Line Director to lead our cardiovascular operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing all aspects of cardiovascular operations, including managing and mentoring staff, developing and enforcing policies and procedures, and preparing and maintaining accreditation and accountability for the program's budget and productivity.

About the Role

This is a full-time exempt position that requires a strong leader with a proven track record of success in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field strongly preferred. Seven years of healthcare experience, with at least three years in a leadership role, is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and maintain accreditation and accountability for the program's budget and productivity
  • Participate in relevant continuing education programs to maintain and update clinical knowledge and skills
  • Collaborate with physicians, other managers, and staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork
