Position Overview

Your primary responsibility as a Culinary Service Assistant will be to create unforgettable moments for our guests. You will play a crucial role in managing the Expo area, ensuring that plates and service items are well-stocked and organized throughout your shift.

As a liaison between the kitchen and the dining area, you will maintain the desired pace of service for our guests, effectively communicating with various team members to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Master the standards of plating and serving for all menu items.
2. Ensure timely removal of food from the service window, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
3. Acquire training in Kitchen Display Systems (KDS) to enhance service efficiency.
4. Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu and features, providing detailed descriptions of dishes to guests.
5. Execute French service as required and assist with various tasks such as deshelling lobster tails and preparing tables for the next course.
6. Handle off-premise orders over the phone, ensuring proper packaging and payment processing.
