This role entails managing incoming calls with professionalism and ensuring effective call transfers. Additionally, the individual will greet clients visiting the bank and support officers in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Professionally answer and transfer calls, screening and directing them accurately while taking messages when necessary.
- Welcome clients upon their arrival and guide them to the appropriate officer.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding account openings, card activations, online banking setup, credit card applications, and other banking products and services.
- Support executives and management in customer service efforts and the administration of client accounts.
- Receive and appropriately distribute correspondence.
- Manage parking sticker distribution for visiting clients.
- Record and acknowledge incoming packages from couriers, maintaining a courier log.
- Order and track supplies, including coffee requisitions.
- Reserve conference rooms as needed.
- Provide refreshments for meetings upon request.
- Prepare expense reports as required.
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, including itineraries and meeting schedules with clients.
- Offer general administrative support: filing, faxing, copying, typing, and making calls for officers and management.
Experience Requirements: A minimum of 1 year in a receptionist, switchboard operator, or customer service role within a financial institution. Excellent communication skills are essential. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including MS Word, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Teams, and MS PowerPoint.
