Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager Assistant to join our team at Wescom Credit Union. As a key member of our branch management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member and team member experiences, managing risk, supporting growth, and providing oversight to the operations of a branch in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Branch Manager in managing branch operations, including staff supervision, member service, and risk management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth, improve member satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with branch staff to achieve business objectives, including sales and service goals.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to branch staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Credit Union policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in business development efforts, including community outreach and partnerships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or management.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a financial institution or related field.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
