Fleet Operations Coordinator

Are you detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our team at The Auto Club Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch emergency roadside assistance calls to members and fleet personnel
  • Manage calls and take action to resolve service problems or potential problems
  • Provide detailed instructions to fleet service or contracted personnel to determine member/customer location
  • Monitor dispatched calls and take action to resolve and correct service problems or potential problems

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Ability to accurately input information into various fields using a PC keyboard
  • Ability to navigate through a PC and/or automated processing system
  • Basic mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, percentages, etc.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve customer service problems
  • Ability to prepare written communications (e.g. responding to customer inquiries)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Reading and comprehending various Customer Care service tools (e.g. manuals, work models, etc.)
  • Dispatching calls
  • Call center environment
  • ACG policies and procedures as they relate to Emergency Road Service

Work Environment:

Works in a temperature-controlled office environment. Irregular hours in a 24 x 7 operations.
