Job Summary
We are seeking an Environmental Conservation Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide hands-on experience in the sustainability industry, involving active programming, business operations, customer relations, sales, and marketing.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop introductory knowledge of the sustainability industry, focusing on areas like waste diversion, carbon impact, and climate change.
- Participate in live events to execute event sustainability programming, gaining on-site experience.
- Collaborate with teams to manage customer accounts, business operations, and create sustainability strategies for clients.
- Improve communication skills working across teams at Schupan and within customer relations.
- Maintain organizational skills in planning and executing complex client programs.
Essential Functions
- Provide primary oversight of three event accounts, ensuring successful execution.
- Work collaboratively on two non-event related sustainability projects, applying expertise and creativity.
- Oversee two areas of daily operations for the Sustainability business unit, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage sustainability programs from pre-event setup to post-event tear down, ensuring seamless execution.
- Foster strong relationships with Schupan staff, event staff, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and build a working relationship.
- Perform all job duties in a friendly, courteous manner, adhering to safety requirements.
- Provide prompt, reliable customer service, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
