Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - MES LMM

Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) is a global medical technology company that is committed to advancing the world of health. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Technology and Global Services (TGS) team.

Job Description

As a Business Systems Analyst - MES LMM, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating projects to roll out technical upgrades and functional enhancements to sites for the MES LMM Apriso platform. You will work closely with the TGS global methodology and maintain the lifecycle of MES LMM projects/enhancements in the IT portfolio management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate projects to roll out technical upgrades and functional enhancements to sites for the MES LMM Apriso platform.
  • Follow the TGS global methodology and maintain the lifecycle of MES LMM projects/enhancements in the IT portfolio management system.
  • Understand and evaluate business needs and objectives for new capabilities to be developed.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of user requirement specifications.
  • Provide inputs and contribute to validation deliverables such as the Validation Plan and the Validation Summary Report.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Supply Chain, Mechanics or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' working experience with an MES, preferably the Apriso platform or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically - approximately 20%.
  • Familiar with database systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High competence in problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Clear and effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, often multi-functional and cross-regional.
