About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team at Townsquare Interactive. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top sales talent for our National Account Executive openings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers to define recruitment strategy and find the best sales candidates based on business needs
  • Source high-quality sales candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and SeekOut
  • Conduct daily and monthly activities, including dials, InMails, phone screens, sets/submittals, 1st and final interviews, and offers
  • Work with hiring managers to advance candidates through the interview process and extend offers
  • Facilitate the onboarding process and maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management through our ATS (Greenhouse)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of high-volume sales and/or recruiting experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent negotiation skills and effective organizational skills
  • Team player, highly competitive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals
