Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Founding Attorney and an Associate in all aspects of corporate transactions, ensuring seamless project management and meeting billable hour requirements (1,400 hours annually).
  • Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is complete and accessible, with a focus on maintaining a high level of communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Assist with the preparation and review of corporate documents, including closing statements, contracts, and filings, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Conduct research and gather information necessary for transactions and compliance, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
  • Meet bonus eligibility based on performance, with a salary range of $65K-$85K.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Corporate Paralegal in a large law firm, with strong familiarity with corporate transactions, including closings.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on maintaining a high level of communication with clients and internal teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently, with a strong emphasis on meeting billable hour requirements.
