Job Summary

BGE, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistical details around campus recruiting activities in the Southeast region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate campus recruiting events, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist with sourcing candidates for experienced-hire positions and ensure job ads are current and relevant.
  • Set up interviews with prospective candidates and process offers.
  • Provide pre-hire and onboarding assistance, including background and drug tests.
  • Run ad hoc and regular reports to track campus recruiting metrics.
  • Assist with process-improvement initiatives and research new tools to enhance recruiting performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator or recruiting assistant in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with campus recruiting activities and logistics is highly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others.
  • Strong technical capability, including MS Office skills and ability to quickly learn and use various recruiting systems.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
