About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Salesperson to join our team at Recruit Monitor. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity that offers a long-lasting possibility for career growth and development.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new, tweaking existing, and implementing ad-hoc reporting in support of business procedures and data-driven decision making. They will work closely with technology on business criteria and data warehouse options to satisfy department demands.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Generate significant dashes on Power BI and Excel.
  2. Establish powerful Data Quality requirements and managements to ensure data integrity and availability.
  3. Manage and develop new records pipelines from source devices to the Records Warehouse.
  4. Perform closely with Control and Business Analysts to understand business requirements, keep detailed documentation, and obtain business sign offs for all reporting needs.
  5. Develop, maintain, and cultivate scalable data pipes and data construction.
  6. Use data storytelling ideas to create clear and impactful data visualizations using Power BI.
  7. Aid automate existing business functions and enrich exception-based coverage.
  8. Collaborate with IT and bachelor's degrees to research, study, and secure new data variables (data exploration).
  9. Evaluate huge datasets to recognize purposeful designs that provide workable outcomes.
  10. Seriously evaluate information acquired from multiple sources and resolves disagreements.
  11. Verify records for authenticity by validating against requirements.
  12. Research records errors and remediate inadequate data.
  13. Join the Data Control course through updating the records dictionary and plan & operations.
  14. Assess and verify metrics are effective and supply feedback to team leaders of patterns that demand attention.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience executing detailed data study.
  • Solid experience working with PowerBI.
  • Focusing on multiple reporting objects like Dimensions, Solutions, Filters, Worked out Fields, transformations, parameters, relative formatting, DAX queries, Interactions, etc. in Power BI.
  • Understanding of DAX, SQL, M Code.
  • Competent in SQL, capable to write complex SQL to generate records and analytics.
  • Competent in ETL tools including SSIS, PowerBI Dataflows, or other Big Data integrations.
  • Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other methods.
  • Problem-solving through statistical evaluation with large data sets very preferable.
  • Knowledge with SSMS (SQL Server Management Center), Power BI and Power Query.
  • Expertise with Smartsheets.
  • Solid effort in the growth and prompt finalization of projects and deadlines.
