Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Technology Risk Consulting practice, focused on serving global banking institutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing information technology risk, leveraging process and controls to reduce risk exposure, and working closely with clients to develop strong and collaborative working relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct fieldwork independently, with guidance from client and project team members, to assess IT policies, procedures, and controls of global banking clients.
  • Develop and implement remediation plans to support clients in reducing risk exposure and improving IT risk management capabilities.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify emerging information technology risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, and assist in the development of training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and deliver value to clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management information systems, computer and information science, accounting, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of two years of practical experience in IT external audit, IT internal audit, or related internal control positions serving large global banking institutions.
  • Proficiency in professional writing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, with exposure to data analytics tools preferred.
  • Ability to travel to meet client needs and work collaboratively with others in-person and remotely.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
