Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team at E B Asphalt & Landscaping LLC. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our paving and landscaping projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver's license and have excellent communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our heavy equipment operators with site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist heavy equipment operators with site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance tasks.
  • Perform manual labor tasks such as clearing debris, sweeping, and shoveling.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Current, valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
