Role Description
This position offers an exciting opportunity to join Bigos Management's maintenance team as a trained professional. You will be responsible for ensuring the property and grounds meet established standards and applicable laws.

Responsibilities
* Work closely with a Maintenance Mentor to complete the outlined Maintenance-In-Training Learning Plan, including equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
* Complete assigned training courses and review all existing work orders with the mentor to ensure seamless execution.
* Perform ground keeping tasks as needed and assist the Property Manager in completing unit-to-unit inspections.
* Maintain an adequate inventory of hand tools, parts, and supplies with the team.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000, considering the local market conditions and job requirements.
