Loss Prevention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Loss Prevention and Safety Professional to join our team at HomeGoods. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and associates.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations and surveillance to identify and prevent internal and external theft
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
