Loss Prevention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Detective to join our team at HomeGoods. As a Loss Prevention Detective, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations and surveillance to identify and prevent internal and external theft
- Collaborate with Store Management to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with store associates
- Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations related to loss prevention and security
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to respond to changing situations and priorities
