KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage appointment scheduling to achieve daily targets.
- Arrange appointments that align with client preferences.
- Process financial transactions using a point-of-sale system.
- Complete loaner agreements and conduct visual inspections for clients borrowing vehicles.
- Collaborate with the transportation coordinator to offer services to guests.
- Assist in moving vehicles and driving client shuttles.
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Valid California driver's license.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and data entry capabilities.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is highly preferred.
