KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Manage appointment scheduling to achieve daily targets.
  2. Arrange appointments that align with client preferences.
  3. Process financial transactions using a point-of-sale system.
  4. Complete loaner agreements and conduct visual inspections for clients borrowing vehicles.
  5. Collaborate with the transportation coordinator to offer services to guests.
  6. Assist in moving vehicles and driving client shuttles.
  7. Perform opening and closing responsibilities as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service or a related field.
  • At least 6 months of experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Valid California driver's license.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and data entry capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry is highly preferred.
