Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Softworld, a Kelly Company.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing generative AI applications using Azure and AWS platforms, leveraging machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.

About the Role:

  • Design and develop AI models, including training, testing, and deployment, using popular frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop AI-powered solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze large datasets for AI model training and deployment.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI applications to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python (3.x)
  • Experience in AI application development, with a focus on generative AI, ML, and NLP.
  • Experience with Azure and AWS platforms including AI-specific services such as Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock
  • Understanding of AI concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and deep learning
  • Familiarity with popular AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
