About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Robotics Engineer to join our team in Lexington, KY.

Job Summary:

  • Design, develop and implement Robotic-based automation systems for industry-leading customers.
  • Manage industrial projects from design through commissioning using current technology.
  • Support and/or develop PLC and HMI programs of a given work cell to support the overall project completion.
  • Interface and integrate machine vision solutions with oversight by vision engineers.
  • Participate in proposals and estimates for projects, including leading research and analysis based on customer requests, specifications, or other information to assist in pre-project planning.
  • Develop well-documented and flexible robotic programs in standard programming languages.
  • Design professional-looking HMIs with simple common navigation structures.
  • Mentor other team members on approach and standards.
  • Ensure successful projects by working with or overseeing other team members, partners, or customers as needed in design and development responsibilities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Candidates should have a degree in engineering or related relevant experience in factory automation.
  • 5-7 years of demonstrated professional work experience.
  • Able to travel regularly for project execution, company meetings, and training.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.
