Job Summary

The **VP of Operations** is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the success of Crunch Fitness clubs in Massachusetts. This role requires a strong focus on sales, marketing, and customer service, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and work closely with marketing to ensure effective execution.
  • Lead Club Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple clubs, ensuring seamless execution of company programs and policies.
  • Manage Teams: Hire, train, and develop General Managers and Fitness Managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor Performance: Analyze sales and expense figures, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to maximize club profitability.
  • Develop Sales Training Programs: Create and implement comprehensive sales training programs for all levels of staff, including new hires and continuing education.
  • Provide Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales and Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the fitness industry, including trends, competitors, and best practices.
