Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our self-storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Storage Unit Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, secure, and ready for rental.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash drawers and make bank deposits as needed.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain open communication with customers, providing reminders and notifications regarding payments and account status.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on providing excellent service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between facilities and conduct work-related tasks.
