Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic care to patients and families, focusing on independent, collaborative, and delegated nursing functions.
  • Develop and revise patient care plans, coordinating care among disciplines and delegating activities to other care providers as needed.
  • Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices, defining, implementing, and improving practice standards and the environment of care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients, including newborn stabilization and resuscitation, and care for patients with complex medical conditions.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on neonatal care.
  • Newborn stabilization and resuscitation experience, with a strong understanding of NRP and BLS protocols.
  • Current certification in NRP and BLS, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
