Nurse Care Specialist

As a skilled nursing professional at Dove Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a part-time capacity.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse at Dove Healthcare, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of resident care, including directing and supervising LPNs, nurse technicians, medication aides, and CNA team members. You will also provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration, observe and manage acute changes in a resident's condition, and help provide a safe and comfortable environment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current licensure in the state of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse, a degree from an accredited school of nursing, and excellent time management skills. You will also need to be able to understand and carry out technical oral and written instructions, accept and give directions, and work well in a team environment.
