Nurse Care Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Dove Healthcare - Osseo. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration
- Observe and manage acute changes in a resident's condition
- Help provide a safe, comfortable, home-like environment
- Oversee all aspects of resident care through directing and supervising LPNs, nurse technicians, medication aides, and CNA team members
Requirements:
- Current licensure in the state of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Ability to understand and carry out technical oral and written instructions
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to accept and give directions
- Work well in a team environment
- Have a desire to make a difference in people's lives
