**Description:**

Brown Group Companies is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a wide range of responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinators with tasks assigned, including maintaining counts and organization of marketing and POS material, administrative duties, preparing gift bags, labeling barrels, and filling in for sampling events as needed.
  • Assist with projects and regular tasks, such as preparing marketing gift bags and giveaways, placing sticker labels on barrels, and assisting in the print shop when needed.
  • Attend product samplings at off-site locations and assist with inventory and organization of marketing materials.
  • May use personal vehicle or company vehicle on occasion for off-site events.

**Physical Demands:**

  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb on a frequent basis.

**Work Environment:**

  • Work in various environments, including outside, inside, warehouse, and dock areas.

**Qualifications:**

  • Valid driver's license and approved driving record.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
