In this position, you will collaborate with a diverse global team of software engineers, product engineers, designers, product managers, and release engineers who are dedicated to delivering a range of innovative capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with users and industry specialists to identify key use cases and workflows
• Contribute to the design and user experience of ArcGIS Pro AI Copilot
• Develop and execute test cases while validating bug resolutions
• Aid in the maintenance, monitoring, and expansion of the automated testing suite
• Diagnose production issues in both current and previous software versions
• Collaborate with feature teams to integrate Copilot functionalities across the ArcGIS Platform
• Research and stay informed about the latest advancements in AI and application development frameworks
• Share and disseminate your workflows and projects through samples, tutorials, blog articles, videos, and help documentation
Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an application development language (Python, C#)
• Understanding of AI and Machine Learning principles
• Experience in constructing training datasets and fine-tuning/training AI models (NLP or vision)
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment
• Familiarity with software development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in GIS, computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline
Recommended Qualifications

• Experience with natural language processing and generative models
• Experience in developing AI applications using frameworks such as Semantic Kernel or LangChain
• Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS platform technologies
• Experience with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
• Master's degree in GIS, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
