Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Towing and Roadside Service Operators to join our platform at RidenRoll. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch towing and roadside assistance services to our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and manage transportation services effectively, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service quality.
  • Utilize our platform to optimize routes, manage schedules, and track performance.
  • Provide roadside assistance services such as jump-starts, tire changes, and lockout services.
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with clients, assist customers in understanding the towing process, handle their concerns professionally, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain the tow truck to ensure it is in safe and operational condition and complete all required paperwork accurately.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a fleet manager, operator, or related role in the transportation industry.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and towing equipment, excellent driving skills with a clean driving record, a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for towing operations, and certification in towing and recovery (optional but preferred).
  • Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment and vehicles, ability to work in various weather conditions and at different times of the day or night.
