Job Title: Behavior Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Consultant to join our team at Developmental Services, Inc. - Columbus. As a Behavior Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized behavior support plans.
  • Train support staff and families on implementing client treatment or care plans.
  • Monitor client progress and modify plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Provide professional analysis and interpretation of client data.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, or special education.
  • 5+ years of experience in a human services field, including assessments and plan development.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
