We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to join our virtual team at One Medical. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat psychiatric concerns, psychosocial issues, and health behavior change through brief psychotherapeutic interventions delivered virtually.
- Participate in rounds with psychiatric consultant and care manager to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide education and consultation to behavioral health care managers and primary care providers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Oversee referrals to specialty mental health services and support a smooth transition from specialty mental health services to primary care and back.
- Collaborate with other Behavioral Health Providers across our national network to improve behavioral health skills company-wide.
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations to support short-term disability and provide certification of short-term disability.
- Work closely with Virtual Medical Directors, Clinical Operations Team, and National Director of Virtual Behavioral Health Services to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Must be a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD, PsyD, or EdD in Psychology) with an active license in Ohio.
- 1 year post-licensure experience in adult outpatient diagnostic evaluation and psychotherapy.
- Experience providing a range of brief, goal-directed, and focused clinical services.
- Exceptional capacity to multitask, flexibility, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Strong communication and teaching skills.
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including 80% direct patient care and 20% administrative time.
- Eligibility to be credentialed with our Health System Partner.
- Fluency in English.
- Reside within the USA or US Territories.
- Virtual psychotherapy experience (preferred).

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $128,000 per year. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
